I am not a chef, not a writer, but I am a culinary food explorer and creator. There is something about creating a dish with your own hands from start to finish that I find very gratifying. I take great pride in dishes I prepare, which stem from restaurants I’ve been to in the States and countries I’ve traveled to. The dishes I like to make include Asian, European and American. My style is fusion – incorporating one country’s spices with another to create a harmonial balance.

My goal is to share with you recipes that I have enjoyed making over the years from experimenting with different ingredients to my favorite ones learned in my Mom’s kitchen. I will try to explain the types of ingredients and techniques used to accomplish the task. Many times in cooking, you will hear about a right or wrong way to do things. I am not here to teach you text book techniques. However, I’d like to share my way of cooking. I hope these dishes inspire you to cook and to experiment with new ingredients and recipes. I have always believed that the best way to a person’s heart is through their stomach!
